VEHICLES	fixed data added mg on hetzer, 7,5 cm IG and others


GC		some soviets battlegroups change entry, only 2 minor dep for german, so BG in rout no more re-entry, deleted Wenk's and Busse's troops, they stay out of the map's mod. I tried to get a more realistic situation (that is desperate for the Germans).


BGROUPS		changed aggression, caution, charisma and tactics for german, reduct teams for german
